All Rents are payable in Advance of the Rental Period. Renewals must be paid in advance for the same rate or the monthly rate shall apply. Delinquent accounts will be charged $50.00 late fee plus $5.00 per day. Returned Checks will be charged $50.00 + Bank Charges and paid in cash.
Required Deposit on Lots is $150.00 ($350.00 on Mobile Home) to be applied to electricity or unpaid balance or damage at the end of your stay.
Electricity is a pass-thru cost and is a straight pass-thru, no park fees.
Rates are for up to Two (2) people per unit. Additional persons at $2.00 per night.
Mailbox space for Monthly or longer stays - $35.00 for new Key if lost.
